This is a local blog to collect conversations about the world–the things we have to avoid talking or thinking about each day in order to get our work done. There are important things, issues of the day, that we all need to talk about, but our talks get fragmented into 5 minutes here, 10 minutes there. So this is an attempt to open up the discussion more. It is a local blog, focused on life in Vancouver, BC, so it can be the online component of real-world discussions.
